摘 要

从20世纪开始,社会进步飞速，经济发展形势一片大好，企业的发展是促进世界经济进步的不可忽视的一大原因，而企业的发展离不开自身竞力，降低成本，提高利润，需要我们对企业采购成本环节进行研究控制，全世界各企业对采购总成本有了关注和重视，并且也有了自己的见解,从自己所认识的角度和知识去进行一个系统化的研究 ,将采购管理重要的去理解为减小企业经营采购成本。在战略采购理论发展的过程中,采购管理也被各个公司划入了企业资源管理的范围,对其公司的战略决策具有重要意义 ,让公司能够更好的结合自身优劣势，去迎合世界形势变化，为企业带来经济利益。

采购行为目前已经成为企业日常生产经营活动中必不可少的一项环节，采购成本对产品定价、企业利润、企业竞争力都有着极其重要的影响。为了寻求更大利润空间，企业应该严格控制企业采购环节中的各项费用支出，以最低成本采购生产所必需物资，本文主要是剖析企业采购环节中可能存在的问题，对相关问题提出有效解决措施，从而去研究采购成本的控制问题。

Study on procurement cost control of enterprises---talking WAL-MART as an example

ABSTRACT

Since twentieth Century,social progress has been rapid,the situation of economic development is very good.The development of enterprises is a major reason for promoting the progress of the world economy,and the development of the enterprise can not be separated from its own competitiveness.To reduce costs and increase profits,we need to study and control the cost chain of enterprises.Enterprises around the world pay attention to and attach importance to the total cost of procurement,and have their own opinions.From a perspective of knowledge and knowledge,a systematic study is conducted to understand the importance of purchasing management to reduce the cost of enterprise operation and procurement.In the course of the development of strategic purchasing theory,purchasing management has also been divided into the scope of enterprise resource management by various companies.It is of great significance to the strategic decision of the company,so that the company can better combine its own advantages and disadvantages to cater for the changes in the world situation and bring economic benefits for the enterprises.

Procurement has become an indispensable part in enterprise production and operation activities. And procurement cost has a great influence on product pricing, corporate profit and enterprise competitiveness. In order to seek greater profits, the enterprise should strictly control each expense in the course of procurement to purchase the necessary materials used in production at the least cost. This thesis aims at analyzing the potential problems in the process of procurement and putting forward effective solutions, thus studying the issue of procurement cost control.
