摘 要

河北省赵县雪花梨种植历史悠久，雪花梨产业在当地农业经济中占重要地位。雪花梨产业发展水平不仅关系当地农民生活水平和相关企业增效，还关系着当地经济社会协调发展。

本文希望通过分析雪花梨产业发展现状，找出当前发展面临的问题，并提出解决问题的方法。文章第一部分主要论述雪花梨产业研究的背景和意义，并对国内外的研究进行总结。第二部分阐述梨果产业概念，并在农业产业化相关理论的基础上进行了研究。第三部分采用文献资料法、实地调研法、比较分析法、理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法，陈述当地雪花梨产业发展条件、发展现状和主要发展模式。第四部分提出雪花梨产业发展过程中存在的问题。例如：单位种植规模小、标准化种植水平低，产业化程度低、深加工发展不足，合作社参与度不高、出现空壳化现象，品牌效应不强、市场认可度有待提高等，阻碍了雪花梨产业化进一步发展。 第五部分建议促进地方农村土地流转，增加补贴，实行规范种植，规模化发展；加快雪花梨深加工发展；整治合作社空壳化；加快赵县雪花梨品牌建设，提高市场占有率。最后作总结，期望能为雪花梨产业持续发展提供科学的建议和参考。

Research on the Industrial Development of snowflake

ABSTRACT

Snowflake pear cultivation in Zhao County has a long history.The industrial development level of snowflake pear is not only related to the living standard of local farmers and related enterprises, but also related to the coordinated development of local economy and society.

This paper hopes to analyze the development status of snowflake pear industry, find out the problems faced by the current development and put forward solutions to solve the problems.The first part of the article mainly elaborates the research background and significance, and reviews the research at home and abroad. The second part expatiates the relevant concepts and theories,based on the relevant theories of agricultural industrialization, the research is carried out.In the third part, the methods of literature, field research, comparative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis are used to state the development condition of local snowflake pear industry, current development and main development models.The fourth part puts forward the problems that exist in the process of industrial development of snowflake pear. For example: small scale of unit planting, low level of standardized planting, low degree of industrialization, low level of deep processing development, low participation of cooperatives, the of cavitation, weak brand effect, the degree of market recognition to be improved, and so on, hinder the further development of snowflake pear industrialization.phenomenon The fifth part recommends to promote the circulation of local rural land and increase subsidies，implements the standardized planting, the scale development; Accelerate the development of deep processing of snowflake pear; The vacuolization of cooperatives; We will accelerate the construction of Zhao County snowflake pear brand and increase market share. Finally, it is expected to provide scientific advice and reference for the sustainable development of snowflake pear industry.
