摘 要

资本结构问题是一个具有重大研究意义的热门问题，资本结构是指企业的各种资本价值组成和其比例关系，经营绩效就是指公司赚取利润的能力，资本结构研究的最终目的就是为了提高企业的经营绩效，因此，对资本结构进行研究、改善，对企业绩效的提高有着十分重要的意义。我们国家研究资本结构问题起步较晚，一开始是处于对国外理论的学习和模仿状态，但是考虑到我们国家的制度和国外不同，因此不能照搬国外的理论研究结果，要根据我们国家自身的特点来进行研究，近年来的研究成果也受到了国内外的关注。

制造业是我国国民经济的基础产业,它的发展对我国经济各部门的发展有着重大的影响,制造业下的乳制品行业近年来随着人们收入的增加而不断壮大。我们国家的国民也开始注重对乳制品的消费，乳制品行业是我们国家极具发展潜力的“朝阳产业”。所以本文围绕食品制造业下的乳制品行业上市公司资本结构和经营绩效进行研究。搜集了11家我们国家乳制品上市公司，选用2008-2015年之间的财务报表的数据，采用相关性分析的方法，辅之以相关说明，力求我们国家乳制品上市公司资本结构与经营绩效的相关性。

文章采用资产负债率这一经典指标来代表上市公司的资本结构，采用销售净利润率和每股收益来代表上市公司的经营绩效，数据选用一改往常用的年度数据，采用报告期数据，更能体现出变化的趋向。

The Study on Correlation Between Capital Structure and Operating Performance of China Listed Companies——Taking Manufacturing Industry as an Example

ABSTRACT

Capital structure problem is a hot problem has important research significance and the value of the capital structure refers to the enterprise all sorts of capital composition and proportion, business performance is refers to the company's ability to make a profit, the ultimate goal of the capital structure research is in order to improve the business performance of enterprises, therefore, to study and improve the capital structure, the improvement of enterprise performance is of great significance. Research capital structure problem starts late in our country, so we study the theory of foreign state and imitation, but considering the system of our country and abroad, therefore cannot copy foreign theoretical research achievements, according to the characteristics of its own in China to study, also received both at home and abroad in recent years, the research achievements of attention.

Manufacturing industry is the basic industry of national economy, it directly affects the development of the development of national economic sectors, the manufacturing of the dairy industry in recent years, with the increase of incomes and growing. Chinese people began to pay attention to the consumption of dairy products, dairy industry is our country the development potential extremely the "sunrise industry". So this article revolves around food manufacturing of dairy industry listed company capital structure and operating performance were studied. Collected 11 dairy listed companies in our country, choose report data between 2008-2015, adopt the method of data analysis, supplemented by relevant explainations, and dairy products in our country listed company capital structure and business performance.

The classic indicators of the asset-liability ratio, this article to reflect the capital structure of listed companies, sales net profit margins and earnings per share is used to reflect the business performance of listed companies, with annual data, data selection to a usual USES data during the reporting period, more can reflect the

change trend.

资本结构问题是一个具有重大研究意义的热门问题，资本结构是指企业各种资本的价值组成和其比例关系，简而言之便是公司资本与债务的比例关系。国外研究资本结构起步较早，自从MM理论的提出，研究资本结构的学者也络绎不绝，进行了大量的研究，不仅仅使得MM理论得到了修正，还先后出现了一大批经典理论如：代理理论、信号传递理论、权衡理论、优序融资理论等，对资本结构的发展做出了巨大的贡献。和国外比起来，我国研究资本结构问题开始比较晚，考虑到我们国家的制度与外国国家不同，所以不能照搬国外的理论研究结果，要根据我们国家自身的特点来进行研究，近年来的研究成果也受到了国内外的关注。

经营绩效就是指公司赚取利润的实力，主要表现在偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力和发展能力等四个方面。资本结构研究的最终目的就是为了提高企业的经营绩效，因此，对资本结构进行研究、改善，对企业绩效的提高具有重大的意义。

食品制造业在世界经济中一直占有着比较重要的位置，在生活中也与人们密切相关。近年来，我们国家食品制造业的发展更是突飞猛进，中商产业研究院的数据显示：2014年中国食品制造业行业的销售收入达到两万多亿元，利润总额达到一千六百多亿元，历年情况如下图所示：
