摘 要

一般来说，我们把预估上市公司在下面经营阶段的经营状况的指标选择为看公司的成长性，人们通过对上市公司的成长性进行探索和研究，上市公司的管理层们就可以顺利的了解企业经营状况和发展前景，以便及时地做出更有效的投资决策。在已有的文献中，很多专家学者对上市公司成长性的影响因素进行了一系列的研究，但利用各项数据，如从资产、主营业务、利润等方面直观地对上市公司成长性进行分析的就相对来说少了很多。 对上海自贸区上市公司的成长性分析就更是少之又少。

本文收集了10个上海自贸区已上市的公司，分别是上港集团、长江投资、上海建工、浦东建设、浦东金桥、百视通、申达股份、锦江投资、外高桥、爱建股份的财务数据，建立相关的数据图表等，进行描述性分析和未来线性预测，从而以资产、主营业务、利润等因素对上海自贸区上市公司企业进行分析，提出针对性的意见和方针，进一步促进我国概念上市公司的可持续发展。预测评估企业的经营状况，为企业和投资者提供决策帮助。

Analysis of the Shanghai free trade zone concept listing Corporation growth

ABSTRACT

In general, we put the forecast of the listed company in the operation phase of the operation situation of index selection for the company's growth.Through the exploration and research of Listed Companies, the management of listed company can well understand the enterprise management and development prospect, in order to make more effective investment decision in time. In the existing literature, many experts and scholars on the influence factors of the growth of listed companies a series of research, but the use of the data, such as assets, main business, profits from the aspects such as intuitively analyze the growth of listed companies is relatively a lot less. Analysis on the growth of listed companies in Shanghai free trade zone is much less.This paper this paper collected 10 companies listed on the Shanghai free trade zone has is on the port group, the Yangtze river investment, construction, the construction of pudong, Shanghai shenda hundreds of vision, shares, jinjiang investment, pudong jinqiao, pudong, aj shares of financial data, establishing relevant data chart, descriptive analysis and future linear prediction, thus by assets, the main business, profits and other factors on the enterprise carries on the analysis of listed companies in Shanghai free trade zone, Put forward the corresponding suggestions and policies, and further promote the sustainable development idea of listed company in China.Predict assess the operating performance of enterprises, provide decision-making to help companies and investors.

1 引言

1.1研究依据

1.1.1研究背景

公司的连续而稳定的经营是这个公司经营发展的基础条件，而在市场经济中公司能实现持续经营、稳步发展的关键就是保证企业能稳定持续地成长。企业的增长反映了企业持续发展的力量。它既可以反映企业未来的经营情况和发展趋势，也可以为企业的长期发展战略提供可靠的参考信息。

上海是中国经济的先锋,实行由政府主导投资推动的模式,成功地促使了上海持续了16年的两位数的快速增长，根据官方数据显示,自从1992年到2007年间的15年,上海一共投资了26000多亿元,至2007年GDP增加到了近30年的顶峰15.2%，但在这之后,经济增长率出现下滑趋势,2008年的增长率是9.7%，2009年的增长率是8.2%,虽然在2010年时上升到了10.3%,但在2011年又下降到了8.2%,潜在的增长率下滑趋势的特征已经非常明显。在如此严峻的情况下,探索一条新的发展思路成为上海必须要解决的现实问题。。在上海自贸试验区建立时，其中心是上海外高桥保税区，从此上海自贸区成为了中国经济新的领头羊，执行政府职能转变、商业服务、金融政策、税收政策和外商投资等多项变革措施，做出积极的改变，大胆革新，并且将全力以赴地促进上海市转口、离岸交易的发展。直至2014年11月底，上海自贸试验区建立的一年内投资企业累计达到22000万多家、新增加公司近14000万家、外国投资项目办结160个、中方对外投资金额达到380000万美元、企业盈利水平增加了20%、进口通关速度提升了41.3%、并且新创设6925个自由贸易账户、存款余额达到489000万元人民币。在上海自贸区经营的企业的经营水平和盈利情况究竟如何，是否真的给我国的经济情况带来了许多新的变化，本文通过对上海自贸区的上市公司的财务信息进行分析以研究上海自贸区上市公司的发展状况。
