摘 要

近年来，“2011年双汇瘦肉精”“2013年湖南镉米”等事件引起一片哗然，它们都属于农副食品加工业，此类公司与我们生活息息相关，而企业的社会责任信息披露关乎我们的食品安全问题。所以，本文以2014-2017年我国农副食品加工业40家上市公司为样本，通过对其社会责任信息披露的现状进行统计分析发现，中国农副产品加工业上市公司的社会责任信息披露方式不统一、内容不全面、形式不多元化。

本文同时以金新农和京粮控股为例，运用文献分析法、案例分析法等研究方法，主要以金新农和京粮控股年度社会责任报告、年度报告为研究样本进行分析。通过对金新农报告中披露的信息进行深入的探究，从利益相关者的角度探究其履行社会责任的现实情况，以及通过金新农和京粮控股的财务情况对比总结得出相应的结论。

最后，本文从培养企业社会责任信息披露意识、建立健全的农副食品加工业社会责任信息披露制度、丰富披露信息的表达方式以及发挥媒体各界的传播与监督作用等方面提出相应的政策建议。

Research on information disclosure of social responsibility in agricultural and sideline food processing industry

ABSTRACT

In recent years, the "2011 Shuanghui lean meat essence" "2013 Hunan cadmium rice" and other events caused an uproar, they all belong to the agricultural and sideline food processing industry, such companies are closely related to our lives, and the corporate social responsibility information disclosure about our food safety issues. Therefore, this paper, based on the sample of 40 listed companies of agricultural and sideline food processing industry in China for 2014-2017 years, finds out that the social responsibility information disclosure mode of Chinese agricultural and sideline products processing industry listed companies is not uniform, the content is incomplete, and the form is not diversified.

At the same time, this paper, taking Jin Xin peasant and Beijing grain holdings as an example, uses the methods of literature analysis, case analysis, and other research methods, mainly based on Jin Xinnong and the annual report of the annual social responsibility of Beijing grain holdings and the annual report for the analysis of the sample. Through the in-depth exploration of the information disclosed in the Jin Xinnong report, the reality of its social responsibility is explored from the angle of stakeholder, and the corresponding conclusions are drawn through the comparison of the financial situation of Jin Xinnong and Beijing grain holdings.

Finally, this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions from the aspects of cultivating the awareness of information disclosure of corporate social responsibility, establishing a sound information disclosure system for the social responsibility of agricultural and sideline food processing industry, enriching the expression of the disclosure of information, and playing the role of the media in the dissemination and supervision of all sectors of the media.

1 前言

1.1 研究背景

企业是社会市场经济发展不可或缺的重要组成部分，是社会进步不能缺少的重要因素，作为众多企业的一个分支，农副食品加工业与人们的日常生活紧密相关。伴随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对食品的需求也会提高，可以说农副食品是我们人类赖以生存的必要条件。但近年来，一系列食品安全问题不断爆发，不仅影响了人们的身心健康，而且严重破坏了人们对农副食品加工业的信心，这一系列问题也引起了社会大众的关注，食品安全问题同时也受到了国家的关注。

相对于西方国家经济较快发展，中国的社会责任研究起步较晚。受西方国家的影响,20世纪80年代中国学者开始研究社会责任问题，但由于当时经济和政治发展的不稳定，社会责任信息披露的理论研究仍然存在诸多问题，因此，我国社会责任信息披露制度建设相对较晚。但随着近年来我国经济政治各个方面的稳步发展，我国社会责任信息披露的理论与研究进一步深化。2008年和2014年，深圳证券交易所和上海证券交易所发布了《深圳证券交易所上市公司社会责任指引》和《上海证券交易所上市公司职工持股计划信息披露指引》。从这两个准则出发,我国上市公司企业社会责任信息披露已经付出了很大的努力，但总体而言，我国的企业社会责任信息披露水平仍然处于较低阶段。
