摘 要

随着社会经济的发展，和互联网技术的发展，云计算、大数据分析等科技手段越来越普遍，并且影响着人们的衣食住行。在对人们生活改变的同时，也让人们对原有的居住需求发生了改变，对安全、通信、物业管理等需求变得更感兴趣。搭建智慧社区的目的就是为了能更加方便人们的日常生活，提高社区安全性的同时提升社区居民的居住幸福感。因此，智慧社区的建设对于社会整体发展具有重大的意义。

本文重点探讨了互联网 背景下，如何将传统物业管理与互联网相结合，城市社区如何突破原有的格局，实现治理能力和服务水平的提升，进而发掘其更深层次的商业价值。同时“互联网＋“概念加速了智慧社区的建设进度，并且丰富了智慧社区建设的内容，借助互联网工具使商业生态和居住环境相结合。以现有智慧社区为案例，分析他的模式，探讨未来智慧社区的走向。智慧社区建设不仅仅是新技术的应用革命，更将影响基层社会治理方式的变革，也将为创新社会治理方法提供新的理念，有助于社会公共服务能力的全方位发展和提高。

1.1研究背景

在这个互联网技术发展迅速的时代，国家提出了智慧城市的概念，而智慧社区正是智慧城市中具有重要地位的一部分，随着智慧城市项目的规划，也推动了智慧社区的发展。然而智慧社区仍然还是在发展的初级阶段，还面临的许多问题需要人们来解决，提出更好的意见，因此本文就会对智慧社区这一项目进行研究分析。

1.2研究目的意义

以“互联网 ”为代表的各种新兴技术正在创建一个全新的经济形态和生活方式，传统行业与互联网的结合已经造就了无数个机遇。互联网在人们的日常生活中也几乎是无处不在。本次研究就是探索如何将互联网 概念与社区相结合，打造一个更方便更安全更智能的智慧社区，使居民能够切身体会到互联网给自己生活带来的便利性。
