摘 要

我国是一个农业大国,农村经济在我国国民经济中占据重要地位,是提升我国综合国力的重要力量。近些年,我国的农村经济取得快速发展,农村社会呈现出欣欣向荣的发展景象,但是在此期间,也存在许多问题。虽然目前温饱已经不是我们追求的唯一目标，但是城乡基础设施建设、医疗教育水平，收入水平差距进一步拉大这些矛盾日益显著。基于此，如何促进农村地区经济进一步发展，是当前阶段需要重点研究的问题。

早在党的十六大，国家关于统筹城乡经济社会发展、建设社会主义新农村就出台了一系列的战略决策， 它是根据我国经济和社会发展的阶段性特点做出的，是一个具有划时代意义的政策调整。随着政策进一步落实与发展，我国提出了更为系统更为明确的“三产融合”的概念，它指导者广大的农村地区走向产业升级与经济腾飞之路。

本文主要通过实地调研和案例分析的方法，研究苏南地区通过三产融合的方式，推动产业进一步优化升级，从而使地区经济快速发展，增加农民收入的模式。并以镇江地区为例，深入剖析了该模式的具体实施方案与现状，进而提出了优化改进的建议。目的是最终达到促进我国农村地区产业优化创新，经济明显增长。

A study on the integration of three industries in South of Jiangsu rural areas: a case study of Zhenjiang

ABSTRACT

Our country is an agricultural country. Rural economy plays an important role in national economy. It is an important force in China's comprehensive national strength.In recent years, the rural economy of our country got fast development, the development of rural society present a thriving scene, but at the same time, there are also many problems.Though the adequate food and clothing is not the only goal we pursue, but urban and rural infrastructure construction, medical education level, income gap between the contradiction is becoming more and more significant.Based on this, how to promote the further development of rural economy, is the current problems which should be researched.

As early as the Sixteenth National People's Congress of the party, the state issued a series of strategic decisions about balancing urban and rural economic and social development and building a new socialist countryside. It is based on the characteristics of China's economic and social development, and it is a landmark policy adjustment.With the further implementation and development of the policy, China has put forward a more systematic and clear concept of "triple industry integration", which guides the broad rural areas to upgrade industries and economic take-off.

In this paper, the main researching area which is based on the method of on-the-spot investigation and case analysis  is in the south of jiangsu, which focuses on three ways of industry integration to promote upgrading of the industry further.So that the region's economic get rapid development, such as increasing farmers' income.Taking Zhenjiang as an example, this paper analyzed the concrete implementation scheme and present situation of the model, and then put forward some suggestions for optimization and improvement. The aim is to promote the optimization and innovation of the rural areas in our country and obvious economic growth .
