摘 要

如今，物流行业飞速发展，物流企业的成本控制对策就显的愈加重要，而物流企业成本控制管理是企业对物流成本所进行的有效管理手段，也是评价企业物流是否合理的尺度。研究物流成本和物流成本管理控制理论，对企业来说也是一个新课题。 

为解决这类新课题，本文首先分析了双盛国际公司物流成本管理中的问题因素，并对影响因素进行了分解，确定了成本管理控制的方法思路。在此基础上，提出了双盛国际公司成本管理控制的概念，优化全面预算体系，优化监督控制体系，优化考核评价体系。并对其主要结构、重要流程及过程控制进行了解析。最后，引入大量的信息化支持，建立全面的控制体系，加强制度优化和人力资源建设，对成本管理的控制进行了优化，确认评价检测流程的对象，实现了成本控制流程的优化。

本文提出的双盛国际公司成本管理的控制方法，具有良好的实用性，即可作为一个整体系统在企业的物流成本管理中进行应用，也可以应用其中相关的子流程单独加以运用，同时可与企业中现有的成本管理方法结合使用，具有较强的应用性和发展前景。

ABSTRACT

Cost of sales, is the core of the profits of enterprises. Through every link in the process of enterprise sales and sales teams need every employees actively cooperate with, also the comprehensive quality of each employee and management a decision will cost of sales of forming effect. The level of cost of sales directly decides the efficiency of the enterprise and the profit of the enterprise. Therefore, how to control the cost of sales, although it is a commonplace problem, but is indeed a to the enterprise survival and development has a very imporant significance, so how to control the cost of sales is the most important work of every enterprise managers. This thesis is based on this background, from the composition of cost of sales, sales cost control perspective, analysis of the prominent problems existing in the existing sales cost control, the establishment of Shuang Sheng International company cost of sales management system control process.

In order to solve the above problems, this paper first analyzes the problems in the management of the sales cost of the double Sheng International Company, and analyzes the factors which influence the cost management, and determines the method of the cost management control. On this basis, put forward the concept of double Sheng International Company's cost management and control, optimize the comprehensive budget system, optimize the supervision and control system, optimize the evaluation system. And its main structure, important process and process control are analyzed. . finally, the introduction of a large number of information support, establish a comprehensive control system, strengthen the system optimization and the construction of human resources, optimization of cost management control, confirm the object of evaluation process, to realize the optimization of cost control process.

The Shuang Sheng International Company of cost of sales management control method has good practicability, can be used as a whole system in the sales management of the enterprise, also can be application dependent sub processes separately by and used in combination with existing enterprise cost management method, has strong practicability and application prospect.
