摘 要

世界上对于营运资金管理的研究是上个世纪30年代，而我国对于这方面的研究则落后很多，在国外企业发展到一定程度时，我国企业才意识到营运资金管理的重要性。从93年后，我国会计领域引进国外的先进理念后，研究者们才慢慢地加大对营运资金管理的研究，从而使营运资金管理在企业财务会计管理体系中占有一席之位。

这篇论文帮助我国企业在营运资金管理这一劣势制度上作出一些帮助。首先要明确我国的企业目前在这一方面的发展如何，并且要面对自己的缺陷，从而想办法去弥补不足；之后具体以旅游行业说明。随着旅游业的迅速发展，以致于顺应发展的旅游公司大量出现，但在目前的形势下，旅游公司所面对的经营问题还有很多。在文中我们选取了10家旅游上市公司对整个旅游行业进行了分析，后又选取了其中3家作具体说明；我们将从流动资产比率、流动负债比率、应收账款周转率和现金周期等数值来分别分析旅游业最近5年的发展状况，通过直观的数据来发现我国旅游业在营运资金管理方面的优劣。而从另一方面来说，一个企业的营运资金管理关乎着整个企业的发展前景，所以这样的数据研究是非常必要的。

另外通过分析建立模型数据,从而将数据建立回归模型并分析回归模型的结果。我们可以从当前国内的研究数据，直观的分析出营运资金管理与工作效率之间的关系，并得出什么数值的变化会促进企业发展，什么数值的变化会阻碍发展，这些都是我们研究的内容之一最后得出两者成正相关关系时，有利于企业的发展。另外还高度重视企业的营运资金周转期指数,并且根据不同的数据分析出效率的高低,具体说明了营运资金的利润与绩效相挂钩，也是企业实现利润增长、促进公司绩效的又一重大指标。

本文研究的主要意义就在于如何分析与企业发展相对应的数值指标，并如何能够从这些数据看出一个企业发展是否良好，从而可以将企业发展的优势相互借鉴，或者认识到发展的劣势并提出建议。另外在这样的经济大环境下，如何才能将一个企业的营运资金管理做到最好，这就取决于一个企业是怎么看待营运资金政策与营运资金绩效的关系了。只有将两者充分而完美的协调起来，才能更好地为企业发展提供帮助，这也是论文整体表达的结论。

Abstract

In the world ,the research on working capital management is in the thirties of the last century, and our research on the behind , in foreign enterprise development to certain degree, Chinese enterprises realized the importance of working capital management. Since 1993, accounting field in China, the introduction of foreign advanced concept, the researchers only slowly increase the research of working capital management, so that the working capital management in enterprise financial and accounting management system occupy a seat.

This thesis will help Chinese enterprises to make some help in working capital management system. This disadvantage should first clear the enterprise of our country at present the development in this field and how to face their own shortcomings, and want to find ways to make up for deficiencies; after a specific to the tourism industry. With the rapid development of tourism industry. To adapt to the development of tourism companies have emerged, but in the current situation, there are many problems faced by the business travel company. In this paper ,we select 10 tourism listing Corporations to analyze the tourism industry, and select 3 specific instructions; we will from the current assets ratio, the ratio of current liabilities, development of numerical accounts receivable turnover rate and cash cycle to analyze the tourism industry in recent 5 years, through the intuitive data to find China's tourism industry in the management of working capital On the other hand, the working capital management of an enterprise is related to the development prospects of the whole enterprise, so it is very necessary to study such data.
