摘 要

区域经济发展差异是一个普遍存在的问题，这是区域经济发展过程中一个普遍现象，是不可避免的，也是区域经济学研究的核心主题。尽管如此，但区域经济发展差异的存在与扩大，将会对国家经济的平衡稳定发展和社会主义的和谐社会建设带来巨大的冲击。

我国自1978年改革开放提出以发展经济为中心的战略方针以来，全国各地的经济都有较大的发展，我国的经济水平不断提高，综合国力增长迅速，人们生活水平普遍都有较大提高。但，经济快速发展的同时也带来了许多问题，基于我国特有的国情：全国各区域资源，劳动力，地理状况，基础设施，发展政策等的不同，区域间经济发展水平的差异也越来越明显。因此，对区域经济发展差异进行深入的研究探讨，找出区域经济发展差异产生的问题，积极寻求缩小或解决区域经济发展差异的战略及对策具有重大的意义。

本文在借鉴国内外对区域经济发展差异研究的基础上，系统归纳区域经济发展差异研究的相关理论，将以江苏省区域经济发展为例，并运用一定的图、表数据分析方法和具有代表性的指标因子对江苏省区域经济发展水平进行实证分析研究，以找寻江苏省区域经济发展差异的成因并提出缓解江苏省区域经济发展差异的战略对策。并总结得出以下三点成果：第一，江苏省三大区域经济发展间的差异呈总体扩大的趋势；江苏省区域经济发展差异的具体表现；第三，江苏省区域经济差异形成的原因；第四，根据以上几点，提出的一些政策建议；第五，本文与以前的研究者不同的是，将地人均居民储蓄存款作为差距衡量的指标。

ABSTRACT

Differences in regional economic development is a common problem, it is a common phenomenon in the process of regional economic development, is inevitable, is also the core of the regional economics research topic. In spite of this, but the existence of differences in regional economic development and expansion, will balance to the national economy stable development and the construction of harmonious society of socialism brings the huge impact.

Since 1978, when the reform and opening up in China by the strategy of the economic development as the center, around the country has a larger economic development, our country's economic level enhances unceasingly, the rapid growth of the comprehensive national strength the common people's living standard has improved greatly. But, rapid economic development also brings many problems at the same time, based on the special national conditions of our country: the national regional resources, labor, geographical conditions, infrastructure, development policy, such as regional differences in the levels of economic development is becoming more and more obvious.Therefore, in-depth study of regional economic development differences, find out the problem of the difference between the regional economic development, actively seeking to reduce or solve the difference of regional economic development strategy and countermeasures is of great significance.

Based on the difference of regional economic development at home and abroad for reference, the research on the basis of the system is summarized in the research of regional economic development differences related theory, to regional economic development of jiangsu province as an example, and using a certain figure, table data analysis method and the representative index factor for regional economic development level of jiangsu province for empirical analysis, to find the cause of the regional economy development differences in jiangsu province and put forward some strategic countermeasures of regional economy development differences in jiangsu province. And conclude that the following three results: first, the three major differences between the regional economic development of jiangsu province is the widening in general; The differences of regional economic development of jiangsu province; Third, the causes of the formation of regional economic differences in jiangsu province; Fourth, according to the above points, and puts forward some policy Suggestions; Fifth, this paper is different from the previous researchers, the per capita residents savings as gap measure.
