摘 要

21世纪以来，生态农业在人们生活中扮演的角色越发重要。相较于传统农业，生态农业是一种在农业生产的过程中，兼顾经济效益，社会效益和生态效益，并且在结构和功能方面都进行了优化的农业模式。中国是一个发展中的农业大国，生态农业这样的新兴产业对经济的影响力值得我们关注。所以我通过研究此类上市公司的成长性，来观察其发展前景。

因此，本文选取国内多家具有代表性的生态农业概念上市公司，通过对其三个大方面2011-2015年连续五年的八项小指标的研究包括：总资产、固定资产、净资产增长率，主营业务成本和收入的增长率以及营业利润、利润总额、净利润的增长率的研究得出结论：企业的营运能力和盈利能力对成长性影响很大；积极响应国家出台的相关政策并及时做出调整有利于企业的成长性，否则对企业的影响巨大，2014年各项指拨整体回落就是很好的证明。例如新奥集团这类积极转型开拓新领域的企业，成长性也会呈现出很好的态势。结果表明：通过比率分析法法，上述的八项指标中净资产和净利润是对企业成长性影响最大的指标。最后提出政策建议，政府需要对新兴的生态农业领域提出相关的政策，来帮助此类企业，以使其有更好的发展前景！

Analysis on the growth of Listed Companies in eco-agriculture

ABSTRACT

Since the 21st century，Ecological agriculture has gradually entered people's lives.Compared to traditional agriculture，Ecological agriculture is an agricultural model that is optimized in terms of structure and function in the process of agricultural production, taking into account economic, social and ecological benefits.China is a developing agricultural country, and the influence of emerging industries such as ecological agriculture on the economy deserves our attention.Therefore, I will observe the development prospects by studying the growth of such listed companies.

Therefore, this paper selects a number of representative eco-agriculture listed companies in China, and through the study of eight small indicators for three consecutive years in 2011-2015, including: total assets, fixed assets, net assets growth rate , the main business cost and income growth rate and the operating profit, total profit, net profit growth rate study draws conclusions：The operational capacity and profitability of the company have a great impact on growth；Actively responding to relevant policies issued by the state and making timely adjustments is conducive to the growth of the company. Otherwise, it will have a huge impact on the company. The overall decline in the various indicators in 2014 is a good proof；For example, companies such as the Xinao Company, which are actively transforming and exploring new fields, will also show a good growth.The results show that through the ratio analysis method, the net assets and net profit of the above eight indicators are the indicators that have the greatest impact on the growth of the company.Finally, the policy recommendations are proposed. The government needs to propose relevant policies for this sector to help such enterprises to have better development prospects.

1.1研究背景及研究意义

中国是农业大国，农业与民生问题息息相关，更是国家的基础产业。国务院曾提出，农业发展的重点不仅仅在数量，更需要兼顾质量和经济效益。农业发展需要将大量的资金投入变为科技创新，将以往过于依赖资源的发展方式优化为可持续发展，以形成一种兼具高效，经济效益，环境友好的新型农业方式。农业发展一直都是人们关注的重点 ；上世纪中后期，资源的过度消费引起人们的担忧。严重的水土污染所导致的食品安全问题更使影响扩大，人们不得不寻求一种符合经济效益，可持续发展要求的农业模式，生态农业便是一种很好的方向。它一方面符合国家和人们需求，不仅具备农业高产的优点，更是兼顾了生活、经济、环境等多方面要求，以致越来越多的人也将目光转向生态农业。

多年以来，越来越多以生态农业为理念的上市公司出现，它们以优化农产业为目的，创造受大众欢迎的新型农业产品，并占据了不俗的市场份额。但是想真正了解一企业的发展情况，仅仅凭借其收益情况和所占市场份额并不能最大的程度上说明问题，而成长性，却能在最大程度上衡量一个企业的发展情况。所以对生态农业概念上市公司的成长性的分析就越发关键。
