摘 要

近年来中国进出口的规模正日益壮大，首要的功臣就是国家政府颁布的一系列支持的政策，而且随着中国成为世界贸易组织的一员，进出口的地位变得越来越重要，国家也很重视对此领域政策的完善。有调查数据显示，中国的进口总额在2013年达到了质的飞跃将近19500亿美元，而在中国加入世界贸易组织的前一年，它的总额还只是2250亿美元，增长了近8.67倍。在医疗器械领域也是如此趋势，就拿2015年来说贸易总额近385亿美元，包含的进口额约173亿美元，增长速度非常之快，增速同比增长4.49%。

本文将以南京新亚医疗器械有限公司为例，探讨进口医疗器械产品所占据的市场份额比重及原因，讨论进口产品对国内贸易市场和企业绩效带来的影响。本文通过进口商品的目前市场环境和发展潜力进行具体分析，讨论进口商品存在的市场隐患及形成原因，针对存在的隐患提出相应的解决方案，来提高企业的核心竞争力，促进企业的质量管理。希望通过本篇论文，可以为其他进口贸易公司提供借鉴。

Performance Analysis of Imported Enterprises——Taking Nanjing Xinya Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. as an Example

ABSTRACT

In recent years, the scale of China's import and export is growing. The most important contribution is a series of supporting policies promulgated by the national government. With China becoming a member of the World Trade Organization, the status of import and export is becoming more and more important. The country also attaches great importance to the improvement of policies in this field. According to the survey data, China's total imports reached a qualitative leap of nearly 1950 billion US dollars in 2013, while in the year before China joined the WTO, its total imports were only 225 billion US dollars, an increase of nearly 867 times. In the field of medical devices, it is the same trend. For example, in 2015, trade totaled nearly 38.5 billion US dollars, including imports of about 17.3 billion US dollars. The growth rate is very fast, increasing by 4.49% year-on-year.

This article will take Nanjing Xinya Medical Devices Co., Ltd. as an example to discuss the market share and reasons for imported medical device products, and discuss the impact of imported products on domestic trade market and corporate performance. This paper analyzes the current market environment and development potential of imported commodities, discusses the hidden dangers and causes of imported commodities, and proposes corresponding solutions to the hidden dangers to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the quality management of enterprises. I hope that through this paper, we can provide reference for other import trading companies.

1 绪论

1.1我国进出口政策背景

长期以来我国受到传统贸易的影响，形成了重出口，轻进口的格局，但是改革开放以来,国家出台了一系列鼓励进口的政策。

1949年至1978年，我国通过改革开放开始了进口贸易的起步阶段，改革开放加速了我国进出口贸易的步伐，在1949到2001年间，改革开放成为了一个重要的转折点。我国的进出口贸易从萌芽逐渐开始成熟转型，把原有的形式变成了将出口放于首要位置的阶段，同时国家政府也多次提出以增大进口量，改善进口结构为长期目标。国家的政策在一步步地完善和改进，比如在2011年的时候，“十二五”会议上就将对外贸易作为核心讨论的目标，会议明确指出国家不仅需要扩大进口技术、进口设备及进口零部件的规模，而且也要重视自身的技术创新，使得国内的市场能有充足的资源供应。到了2012年，经过了一年的发展，相关的指导意见继续强调要扩大进口技术、进口设备及进口零部件的规模，在此基础上又提出了对发达国家进口业务拓展以及消费品进口量的扩大。在2013年国务院发布意见书特地指出要对进口设备和技术予以鼓励，重视每一家企业的进出口贸易。2014年国务院提出对于之前的在促进进出口贸易方面的政策应该积极落实。据相关数据统计的结果表明，2012年中国的进口规模已经凭借着它过人的增长速度挤到了世界第二的位置，一年时间从2000多亿美元增长到18000亿美元，这样的增长速度很多国家望尘莫及。
