摘 要

自改革开放以来，中国的医药行业发展迅速，其生产年均增长率远高于同期全国工业年均增长速度，是世界上增长最快的医药市场之一。但是，中国医药行业在发展的道路上困难重重，如大型制药企业数量多，规模小，无法形成稳定的医药市场体系，研发创新能力弱，产品更新换代慢，不能及时满足消费者需求，研发周期长，消耗了大量资金。然而，企业面临的最突出的问题是资金供不应求，正所谓经济基础决定上层建筑，稳定的资金支持是企业持续发展的有力保障，因此寻找最优化筹资策略已迫在眉睫。

本文介绍了了恩华药业有限公司的企业概况，并展示了恩华药业筹资现状。 根据恩华药业销售收入与资金需求量的关系，预测恩华药业2019年所需募集的资金，并制定优化筹资计划，根据筹资风险、资本成本等相关因素评估其可行性，并为恩华药业制定具有实际参考价值的筹资方案。 该计划为企业财务决策过程提供理论基础和决策依据，对于改善恩华制药的财务结构具有重要的指导意义，也可为其他制药企业的筹资资计划提供参考。

ABSTRACT

It is one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical markets in the world. However, China's pharmaceutical industry is facing difficulties in the development of the road. According to the relationship between Enhua Pharmaceutical's sales revenue and capital demand, it predicts the funds needed for Enhua Pharmaceutical in 2019, and formulates an optimized fund-raising plan to evaluate its feasibility according to factors such as financing risk and capital cost. Enhua Pharmaceutical has developed a fundraising plan with practical reference value. The plan provides theoretical basis and decision-making basis for the financial decision-making process of the enterprise. It has important guiding significance for improving the financial structure of Enhua Pharmaceutical, and can also provide reference for the financing plan of other pharmaceutical companies.

1.1 研究背景

目前中国人口日益老龄化，随着人们生活水平的提高，人们越来越重视医疗保健，对它的要求也越来越高，加上政府出台了大量有关医疗方面的政策法规，推进企业改制，不断促进和规范着制药行业的发展。2012-2018年，我国医药行业市场规模不断扩张，平均以20%-25%的速度增长。放眼未来十年，我国药品销售将凭借独特的价格优势迎来大幅度增长，销售量有待急剧上升。

创新是企业核心生产力，但创新还具有高风险，长周期的特点，因此对于新药的研发是每个企业面临的难题。一般而言，在研发新产品时企业需要投入大量的资金，研发时间长达十余年，而研发失败的可能性却高达50%，缺少资金支持一直以来是企业难以突破的瓶颈。因此，拓宽筹资渠道，制定多种筹资方案，优化企业筹资结构，从关键处解决筹资难的问题，恩华药业公司刻不容缓。

资金是企业得以生存的源泉，也是企业研究创新的保障。但是目前无论是制药行业还是化学制药行业都面对一个相同的难题，即新药研制缺少持续的投入资本，因缺乏足够的资本金或担保，许多制药企业无法进行创新研究，只能以生产销售仿制药为主。由于制药行业是一个高风险、高投入、长周期的产业，筹资环境的复杂多变，企业筹资面临的风险也不断增加。因此企业在制定筹资方式时要进行系统的研究，通过对比分析，寻求最优化筹资策略。所以对筹资策略的研究是恩华药业的当务之急。恩华药业以品牌形象及服务优势赢得市场信誉，也有着先进的科研设施，但资金困难限制其进行进一步创新。本文通过对恩华药业筹资渠道与结构分析，试图找到最合适的筹资策略，从而降低企业筹资成本及筹资风险，同时为恩华药业筹资决策提供支持。

理论意义:制药行业要想得以存在与发展，那就必须要有经济支柱。经济基础决定上层建筑，离开经济基础谈其他，都是空话，因此如何高效筹集资金是值得研究的课题。本文以某一制药企业为研究对象，对其筹资渠道与筹资结构进行分析，设计出最优化筹资策略，建立健全的筹资机制，为制药行业筹资决策提供理论依据。
