摘 要

目前,昭通具有竹类资源丰富、竹产业助推脱贫攻坚地位明显、竹资源利用拓展潜力大等竹产业发展优势,但昭通竹产业发展过程中仍有许多问题亟待解决。竹资源开发力度不够，普遍存在竹资源利用率不高、产品结构单一化、产品技术含量低等问题,严重阻碍了昭通市竹产业的发展。本文基于昭通市竹产业发展现状,对当地竹产业发展进行全面的分析研究,并对昭通市竹产业的迅速、健康发展提出策略与建议。

本文首先对国内外竹产业发展的研究以及竹产业相关概念进行了扼要阐述,介绍了昭通市竹产业的发展现状,并从竹资源培育、竹产业加工企业发展、旅游业发展等几方面入手对昭通市竹产业发展现况进行分析。同时，对昭通市竹产业发展条件和环境进行分析,分析昭通市竹产业发展存在问题的原因,得出结论昭通市竹产业发展中优势大于劣势，外部环境机遇大于威胁，昭通竹产业发展应采取积极发展战略，充分利用内外部良好环境，发展壮大竹产业。

本文试图对昭通市竹产业发展现状做出健康的发展策略建议，以坚持竹产业全产业链发展作为昭通市竹产业发展思路。本文的研究对于昭通市竹产业的发展具有一定的现实意义和参考价值。

Research on the Development Strategy of Bamboo Industry in Zhaotong City

ABSTRACT

At present, Zhaotong has the advantages of bamboo industry development, such as abundant bamboo resources, obvious position of bamboo industry to boost poverty alleviation, and large potential of bamboo resource utilization and expansion, but there are still many problems in the development of Zhaotong bamboo industry. The development of bamboo resources is not strong enough, and the problems of low utilization of bamboo resources, single product structure, and low product technology content generally exist, which seriously hinder the development of bamboo industry in Zhaotong City. Based on the current situation of bamboo industry development in zhaotong city, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development of bamboo industry, and puts forward some strategies and suggestions for the rapid and healthy development of bamboo industry in zhaotong city.

Firstly, the research on bamboo industry development at home and abroad and the related concepts of bamboo industry are briefly expounded. And from bamboo resources cultivation, bamboo industry processing enterprises development, tourism development and other aspects of the bamboo industry development in Zhaotong City to analyze the current situation. At the same time, the paper analyzes the development conditions and environment of the bamboo industry in Zhaotong City, analyzes the reasons for the problems in the development of the bamboo industry in Zhaotong City, and concludes that the advantages and disadvantages in the development of the bamboo industry in Zhaotong City are greater than the disadvantages, and the external environmental opportunities are greater than the threats. The development of the bamboo industry in Zhaotong City should adopt a positive development strategy. Make full use of the good environment inside and outside to develop a strong bamboo industry.

This paper tries to make healthy suggestions on the development of the bamboo industry in Zhaotong City, so as to stick to the development of the bamboo industry chain as the development idea of the bamboo industry in Zhaotong City. The research in this paper is of practical significance and reference value to the development of bamboo industry in Zhaotong City.

1导言

1.1研究背景

中国处在世界竹子分布的中心，历来都有“竹子王国”的美誉。英国著名学者李约瑟在《中国科学技术史》中指出，东亚文明过去被称作“竹子文明”，中国则被称为“竹子文明的国度”。中国现共有竹类植物39属837种，竹林面积由改革开放初期的319.96万公顷增长至538.10万公顷，现在仍以每年10万公顷的速度快速增长，每亩立竹量可达130株以上，相比2003年提高了40多株。比年以来，由于政府重视和不断的技术创新，竹材在建筑、建材、造纸、家居等行业得到广泛应用，形成了重组竹、竹集成材、竹编工艺品、竹纤维制品、竹碳制品等100多个系列上万个品种，新的产品、技术不断涌现出来。2007—2017年，十年间中国竹产业产值增加了1859亿元，实现了从500亿元到2359亿元的跨度，年增长率高达16.8%。据不完全统计，2018年中国竹产业产值预计超过3000亿元。产值提升迅速，这表明中国竹产业正处于产业发展周期中的成长阶段。

昭通市位于滇东北部，地处云、贵、川三省交界，全市共有土地3453.2万亩，其中林业用地1813.6万亩，占全市土地总面积的53.84%，森林覆盖率34.98%。林业用地中，有林地面积927.9万亩，占林业用地面积的51.16%；截止2017年底，竹林地面积257.5万亩，占有林面积的27.75%。
