摘 要

随着近年来我国改革开放的逐步深入，我国经济也取得较快的发展势头，在国内经济快速发展的带动下，国内居民的生活水平正在快速提升。因此旅游业和其他相关产业也取得较快的发展势头。并且旅游业在快速发展过程中，对我国经济快速发展的作用越发明显。本文以L公司作为研究对象，通过对L公司的深入分析，详细了解L公司的财务状况，并在对L公司的分析过程中运用哈佛分析框架法详细了解L公司的财务状况和财务管理能力。并通过对L公司财务状况的分析，对L公司的发展前景和战略发展规划拥有较为全面和深入的了解与分析。从而通过分析，帮助L公司解决快速发展过程中遇到的实际问题。并通过对问题的分析，提出帮助L公司提升现有经营和管理能力的相关建议，以此帮助公司取得较快的发展势头，并在国内旅游市场中拥有较强的发展和竞争优势。

Analysis of Financial Statements of L Enterprises Based on Harvard Analysis Framework

ABSTRACT

With the gradual deepening of China's reform and opening up in recent years, China's economy has also achieved rapid development momentum. Driven by the rapid development of the domestic economy, the living standards of domestic residents are rapidly increasing. Therefore, the tourism industry and other related industries have also achieved rapid development momentum. And in the process of rapid development of tourism, the role of China's rapid economic development has become more apparent. This article takes L company as the research object, through the in-depth analysis of L company, to understand the financial status of L company in detail, and uses the Harvard analysis framework method to understand the financial status and financial management ability of L company in the analysis process of L company. Through the analysis of the financial status of L company, it has a comprehensive and in-depth understanding and analysis of L company's development prospects and strategic development plans. Therefore, through analysis, L company can solve the practical problems encountered in the rapid development process. Through the analysis of the problem, it puts forward relevant suggestions to help L company improve its existing operation and management capabilities, so as to help the company to achieve faster development momentum and have strong development and competitive advantages in the domestic tourism market.

1.1 研究背景和意义

随着近年来我国改革开放的持续深入，我国经济取得较快的发展势头，因此国内居民的生活和收入水平也在快速提升。旅游产业作为近年来兴起并快速发展的新兴产业，在其快速发展过程中由于无污染而且需求旺盛，因此逐渐成为近年来国家相关部门大力扶持和发展的产业。随着旅游业的快速发展，人们对旅游行业的了解和关注程度也在快速提升。拥有几千年发展历史的文明古都西安，在其漫长的历史发展过程中积累了浓厚的历史文化，因此西安也成为国内外十分重要的旅游目的地。随着西安旅游业的快速发展，西安吸引了众多国内外游客前往西安旅游和参观。并且西安在2016年成功入选国际游客满意度最高的旅游城市，并且荣获国内最佳旅游城市等诸多奖项。随着西安旅游业的快速发展，仅在2017年，西安旅游业就为西安贡献了534.195亿元的经济收入，占据西安GDP的比例约为18.5%左右。通过对相关调查数据的分析能够看出，西安在2018年共接待国内外游客12291.46万人，与去年同期相比增长幅度约为10.87%，其中国内游客的数量为12189.94万人，国际游客的数量为101.52万人，由此能够看出，随着近年来我国经济的快速发展，西安旅游业也迎来快速发展的新时期，并且西安旅游业在国内外旅游市场的知名度和市场竞争力正在快速提升。

本文将L公司作为研究对象，通过对L公司的分析，详细分析公司的财务报表，并从中寻找财务数据变化的具体原因，并对存在的原因进行详细分析，提出相应的解决方案，希望能够帮助L公司快速提升经营管理能力和财务风险防范方法，并为L公司提出本人认为切实可行的建议和措施，希望能够帮助L公司取得较快的发展势头。

1.2 研究方法

1.2.1 文献研究法

文献分析法。本人在基于哈佛分析框架下对L企业财务报表进行深入分析的同时，还通过知网和百度搜索引擎等中文数据库的检索与查询，深入了解国内外学者针对企业财务报表的相关研究与具体成果，为本文的研究与论据提供坚实的理论基础。

1.2.2 案例分析法

案例分析法，本文以L企业作为具体的研究对象，通过对基于哈佛分析框架下对L企业财务报表存在的问题进行详细具体的深入分析与研究，使本文的论点具有较强的逻辑性。

1.3 研究思路

本文通过哈佛分析框架理论，针对L企业进行详细的分析和研究，并在对L公司的详细分析过程中，运用战略分析和会计分析以及前景分析和财务分析等不同方法进行深入的分析和研究，并且在分析过程中还参考国内外相关文献资料，使得分析结果更加具有说服力，因此本文的分析逻辑如下图1-1所示：
