摘 要

随着国际贸易交流越来越频繁，世界经济一体化进程逐渐加快，中国与世界贸易体系的联系越来越密切，世界各国对蔬菜的需求量很大，然而经济的发展让世界各国更加注重蔬菜的质量，发达国家通过制定技术标准、法规规章以及进出口产品评定程序来限制我国蔬菜进入其市场。蔬菜出口不仅能够带动相关产业的发展，而且满足世界各国对我国蔬菜的需求，对增加农民收入，优化农业产业结构，提高农业竞争力，有着重要的战略意义。提升蔬菜贸易的国际竞争力，从而使在国际贸易中占据有利地位显得越来越重要。

本研究以寿光市蔬菜出口贸易为研究对象，在大量阅读相关资料及信息的基础上，通过对寿光蔬菜发展现状进行分析，建立国际竞争力评价体系。通过实证分析的方法针对近十年来寿光蔬菜出口贸易的实际情况进行了数据分析，获得对蔬菜出口现状以及如何提升竞争力的理性认识，丰富对蔬菜出口贸易理论研究，发现寿光蔬菜出口贸易的出口现状及可能面临的问题，并对如何提升寿光蔬菜出口竞争力的提出对应建议，推进寿光蔬菜管理体系建设，完善出口机制，提高寿光蔬菜质量。

具体结论如下：

①寿光蔬菜产业发展现状良好

通过对寿光蔬菜发展现状进行剖析，从地理位置气候、蔬菜种植面积及蔬菜产量等方面进行分析后，发现寿光蔬菜产业发展良好，蔬菜产量稳定；出口贸易总体呈现上升趋势，有良好的发展空间。

②寿光蔬菜出口贸易具有较强的国际竞争力

建立国际竞争力评价指标体系，寿光蔬菜出口贸易是具有一定的国际竞争力的。

③剖析了寿光蔬菜出口贸易存在的问题

寿光蔬菜贸易高端产品较少，商品化处理及深加工滞后；缺乏龙头企业，企业之间无序竞争严重；农民文化素质需进一步提高；国内机械水平相对发达国家较低。

④针对问题提出了相对应的建议

针对主要问题提出建设性政策建议，帮助当地政府规范对外蔬菜贸易市场，扩大对外贸易市场占额，开拓国际市场，进一步帮助寿光蔬菜在国际市场占据一席之地。

ABSTRACT

As international trade exchanges become more and more frequent, the process of world economic integration is accelerating gradually. China has more and more close ties with the world trade system. The demand for vegetables is very large in the world. However, the development of the economy makes all countries pay more attention to the quality of vegetables. The developed countries make technical standards, regulations and regulations. And import and export product evaluation procedures to restrict the entry of vegetables into our market. The export of vegetables can not only promote the development of related industries, but also meet the needs of all the countries in the world. It has important strategic significance to increase farmers' income, optimize the structure of agricultural industry and improve the competitiveness of agriculture. It is becoming more and more important to enhance the international competitiveness of vegetable trade so as to occupy a favorable position in international trade.

This study takes the export trade of Shouguang City as the research object. On the basis of a large number of reading related information and information, the present situation of the development of Shouguang vegetable is analyzed, and the international competitiveness evaluation system is set up. According to the actual situation of the export trade of Shouguang Vegetable in the last ten years, the empirical analysis is carried out to obtain the rational understanding of the present situation of vegetable export and how to improve the competitiveness, and enrich the theoretical research on the export trade of vegetables, and find out the export status and the possible problems of the export trade of Shouguang vegetable. The corresponding suggestions on how to improve the export competitiveness of Shouguang vegetables were put forward, the construction of Shouguang vegetable management system, the export mechanism and the quality of Shouguang vegetable were improved.

The concrete conclusions are as follows:

①The development of Shouguang vegetable industry is in good condition

Through the analysis of the present development of Shouguang vegetable, from the analysis of geographical climate, vegetable planting area and vegetable yield, we found that the vegetable production of Shouguang vegetable industry has developed well, the output of vegetables is stable, and the export trade is on the rise, and there is a good space for development.

②Shouguang vegetable export trade has strong international competitiveness.

③The problems existing in Shouguang vegetable export trade are analyzed.

The high end products of Shouguang vegetable trade are less, the commodity processing and the deep processing lag behind, the lack of leading enterprises, the serious disorderly competition among enterprises, the further improvement of the farmers' cultural quality, and the lower domestic mechanical level in the developed countries.
