摘 要

互联网改变了传统的会计核算方法和数据存储形式，触发了财务管理模式和企业战略决策的创新，因此从战略的高度前瞻性地构建高效的信息化框架，强化网络安全风险防范，确保数据安全，提高信息综合利用水平，是会计信息化管理的目标和关键策略。在互联网加以运用的情况下，新的技术投入使用，例如更加科学化的数据库，便于更好的数据处理以及存储，互联网本身的性质让会计系统更加的科学化和时代化，正是因为这些技术的应用，大大加快了会计信息化的进程。将互联网的运用和互联网的优点结合在会计信息化的发展中，让会计信息化这一主流项目朝着时代化，科学化，以及更加具有时效性的方向大踏步得前进。在“互联网 ”的催动下，会计工作的及时性，时效性以及内部的管理监督都得到了相当大的提升。但并不是“互联网 ”形势下的会计改革只存在着好的效益，同样也有不可避免的问题存在着。在互联网的内部，信息的存储安全是有待考虑的，信息是否会被窃取又或是泄露，都需要更加完善的管理方法去监督，因此安全性的管理手段也是我们需要解决的一个重要问题。本文将以一个企业为例，见微知著，对互联网 时代会计信息化的发展与管理进行针对性的研究分析，研究新形势下会计信息化管理具有实际意义。

1 引言

1.1 研究背景

时代不断变迁进步，自21世纪以来，信息技术发展迅速的年代里，互联网的发展也同样成了世界的主流，几乎遍布了世界各地。中国在这样的世界潮流下，也展开了互联网方面的重大改革。那么必要提到的就是2012年于扬提出的“互联网 ”理念。“互联网 ”所要表达的并不仅仅只是字面上的互联网相关的意思，而从其整体概念来说，代表着21世纪以来，中国发展出的一种与互联网相关联的新型经济形态，这种新型经济形态，本质上来说是将不断发展的互联网，结合到中国传统的行业中去，通过互联网发展所形成的优势，实现传统行业的产业新升级，这样做的目的在于，提高现有的经济生产能力和国家大方向的经济发展以及社会财富的大踏步发展。就此理念以及对产业升级和提高经济的展望，国务院于2015年印发了《国务院关于积极推进“互联网 ”行动的指导意见》，通过该指导理念的的颁布，21世纪的中国，真正迎来了和互联网相结合的经济改革—“互联网 ”。在这样一个背景下，我国学术界关于互联网 时代的背景下会计信息化的发展与管理的研究和讨论达到了一个小高峰，社会各界也开始把目光聚集于此。

从2015年底至今，各种网站、报纸、期刊上刊出的相关文章也在逐渐增多，也出现了许多关于互联网 时代会计信息化的发展与管理研究的专门著述，其中除了包括理论方面的论述还包括实践方面的讨论。互联网 时代的到来，同样将会计的形式也变得与互联网息息相关，形成了所谓的会计信息化。使会计信息与其他领域可以紧密的联系交织在一起，深化结构升级从而促进企业整体的升级，因此这样一个课题的研究是很有意义的，值得我们深入探讨。
