摘 要

由于农业的快速发展，农业造成的生态环境问题愈演愈烈，生态农业将会是未来发展的方向。面对环境污染严重、资源约束趋紧、生态系统退化的严峻形势，未来“生态友好型农业”将会是我国农业发展的大趋势。当然无论何时，农业的发展都是永恒的话题，探寻“生态友好型农业”的发展模式已经成为当下的讨论热点，因此关于农业生产中的包含生态效率的研究将会是农业可持续发展研究的重要组成部分。本文就生态效率视角下对江苏省的农业生产效率进行研究。

首先，本文对国内外农业生产效率的相关研究领域进行了文献梳理，并做出了简要的总结和评论。同时对文章的结构框架进行简单的介绍，最后指出本文创新点与可能的不足。

其次，本文对生产效率研究理论与方法进行了介绍。先对农业生产效率的理论概念进行了界定，然后对本文农业生产效率的度量方法进行了介绍，也就是阐述了目前在国内外生产效率测算中比较代表性和广泛应用性的数据包络分析方法（简称DEA），并对该方法的模型基本概念和三阶段模型方法进行介绍。在对DEA模型有一个理论理解的基础上，再对模型的两个基本模型（即CCR模型和BCC模型）进行介绍，然后对第二阶段的SFA模型进行介绍，最后说明选取三阶段模型作为本文分析工具的原因，为后面的理论和实证研究奠定了基础。

再次，本文对基于生态效率视角的江苏省农业生产效率进行了实证分析。首先是投入产出指标以及第二阶段的环境指标的选取与搜集，然后进行三个阶段实证分析，先是传统的模型的分析，之后运用模型讲其外部影响因素与内部影响因素进行分离，剔除外部因素的影响并再次带入模型中计算，从而分析内外部因素对江苏省农业生产效率的影响，最后对投入产出的冗余进行分析。

最后，根据以上的分析得出研究结论并提出相关建议。在归纳了理论研究和进行了实证研究的基础上，给出了保持生态效益的前提下提高江苏省提高各地区农业生产效率的意见和建议。

Research of efficiency agricultural production based on ecological efficiency in Jiangsu province

ABSTRACT

Due to the rapid development of agriculture, the ecological and environmental problems caused by agriculture will become more and more intense, and the ecological agriculture will be the direction of future development. Facing the serious environmental pollution, resource constraints, tighter, ecosystem degradation, the serious situation of "eco-friendly agriculture" in the future will be the trend of agricultural development in our country. Whenever it is, of course, the development of agriculture is the eternal topic, explore the developing mode of "eco-friendly agriculture" has become the current discussion of hot spots, so the study of contain the ecological efficiency of agricultural production will be an important part of agricultural sustainable development research. This paper studies the efficiency of agricultural production in jiangsu province.

Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant research fields of agricultural production efficiency at home and abroad, and makes a brief summary and review. At the same time, the paper introduces the structure framework of the article, and finally points out the innovation point and the potential shortage.

Secondly, this paper introduces the theory and method of production efficiency. To the theory of agricultural production efficiency first concept is defined, then the measure of the efficiency of agricultural production in this paper are introduced, which is currently in production efficiency at home and abroad more representative and widely applied in the measurement method of data envelopment analysis (DEA), and the method of model introduces the basic concepts and three phase model method. On the DEA model has, on the basis of a theoretical understanding, and then the two basic models of the model (i.e., the CCR model and BCC model) are introduced, and then to the second stage of the SFA model is introduced, finally select three phase model as analyzing tool, for the back of the theoretical and empirical research laid the foundation.

Thirdly, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the efficiency of agricultural production in jiangsu province. First of all, is the second phase of the input and output indicators and environmental indicators selection and collection, and three stages of empirical analysis, first analysis of the traditional model, after using the model about the external factors and internal factors, eliminating the influence of external factors and again into the model calculation, so as to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on the efficiency of agricultural production in jiangsu province, finally analyze the input and output of redundancy.

Finally, according to the above analysis, the conclusions and Suggestions are given. In summarizes the theoretical research and empirical research, on the basis of given to maintain ecological benefit under the premise of improve the improve the efficiency of regional agricultural production in jiangsu province's opinions and Suggestions.
