摘 要

在企业的管理过程中，每一个管理层人员的决策者做出决策或者判断时都需要有决策信息的支持，一般来说当管理者所做的决策越重要的时候，这对有助于判断决策的信息的需求量就会越来越大，处于不同管理层的决策者，所需要的信息的类型或者数量也都是不同的。在某个企业里，该企业的财务报表是将这个企业的经营成果、现金流量和财务状况通过有结构的的数字和语言来进行表述。它是企业的股东、管理层人员、债权人及其他能获得利益的相关人员了解企业生产经营和发展水平的主要信息来源。通过对财务报表进行分析能把大量的报表上的数字变成对决策者和管理者有用的信息，从而使决策者和管理者降低决策管理失误的概率，为企业的发展做出更好的决定。

本篇以上市企业联想集团为例，介绍了一些关于联想集团的基本情况，包括公司简介、计算机的行业分析以及腾讯财经和新浪财经上联想集团2013年至2015年的财务报表信息，通过基本的财务分析指标和步骤进行了详细深入的分析，对联想集团的财务效率进行了分析并进行了总结，希望通过这些方面的分析能更了解联想集团近年来的财务状况以及未来的发展趋势。

Research on financial statements of Listed Companies in China

Abstract

自从中国在二十一世纪初加入了世界贸易组织（WTO）之后，我国的经济水平出现了较快的发展和进步，因此越来越多的家庭用得起计算机了，以至于中国的IT行业在不断的扩大，同时也出现了各种各样的的计算机品牌，市场竞争也越来越激烈，开始慢慢出现明显的集中化趋势。联想集团虽然已经走进了国际市场，但在现在这个大环境中发展不如从前，因此我们需要对联想的财务报表进行研究，让投资者和管理层人员知道联想的优势和劣势，从而为投资者、管理者和决策者提供便利，制定更好的发展战略，使联想集团能都引领世界信息技术行业的潮流。
